• You can print the form and mail it to us,

• You can fill in all information except the credit card number (please specify credit card type).  Submit the form and then e-mail us the card number separately using date information to identify the reservation, but not including your name

• You can submit the form electronically and then telephone us directly at (510) 582-3440 with the credit card number, or,...

An "Advance Payment" equal to a one night's stay, per number of rooms requested, will be charged to your credit card on all reservations at the time of the booking.

Notice of cancellation is 14 days prior to check-in date.  The advance payment is refundable, less a $50.00 processing fee per room, if we are notified at least fourteen (14) days prior to your reservation date.
